Tested! CHV SmartFilm 4-in-1 Collagen for Skin, Hair and Nails
Primine asked me to test their CHV SmartFilm and I happened to see some positive reviews from other bloggers about CHV. The CHV consists of no less than four (4) essential components, namely collagen, hyaluronic acid, elastin and vitamin C. My experience with CHV SmartFilm
I had already seen several positive reviews, so I was very curious to see how these melting leaves would taste and work. I have tried several collagen drinks, but I just can't get over the bad taste. I often forgot to take it. I would have already swallowed the water or juice without the collagen powder. Maybe I did that "unconsciously-consciously" because I was always dreading the bad taste...
A CHV Smartfilm is a thin melting sheet (as thin as a gelatine sheet) that you put in your mouth half an hour before going to sleep, on the inside of your cheek to be precise. That way they dissolve by themselves. And they taste really good! A fresh lemon and mint flavour, totally fine! A bit like the taste of a mild toothpaste. Within 10-30 minutes, the leaves have dissolved and been absorbed by the oral mucosa.
Brilliant idea, especially for me, because I know that my intestines absorb many nutrients poorly. Now the collagen, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and elastin are directly absorbed by my cheeks and transported from there through my body.
I first received 2 boxes (30 melting leaves in a pack) from Primine, so good for 2 months. But for some reason it didn't quite catch on. I paid particular attention to my nails, which have not been growing for years and are constantly breaking. As I said, it could be related to my poorly functioning bowels, but it could also be related to the strong painkillers I've been taking for years.
After consulting with me, Primine was kind enough to send me another supply to try for one more month. I could not believe that it would not do anything for me. I am convinced that you can often achieve more from within than with a cream. I have often said this in my articles.

I have been using the smartfilms for 3 months now and I notice that my nails are finally growing. They are not yet the length that I would like them to be but they are growing! They also feel firmer and do not break as easily. I have also noticed that they are less discolored and that I have almost got rid of those ugly grooves.
Of course, I can also see that my skin is benefiting from it. (I have to admit that I also used a retinol product for a while during those three months). My skin seems to have plumped up a bit and by that I mean that my wrinkles seem to be more "plucked out". All in all, these melting leaves with collagen, hyaluronic acid and elastin are definitely worth it if you want to improve your skin from the inside out! I am a fan!
